It is NOT rape by CobraCorroso It is NOT rape by CobraCorroso
I don't care what you fucking feminazi's say, having sex and saying "I wish I didn't do that" DOES NOT COUNT AS RAPE!!

I can scream it till I am blue in the face, it is not rape!

If someone says "Can we have sex?" and you go "Yes", fully sober and able to consent, then that is not rape! It doesn't matter if
you regret it, you consented and that is not rape.

The fact that there are people out there that use this as a reason to accuse someone of rape is fucking disgusting and makes me
ashamed to live in this world.

Who would actually think that ACTUAL consent and regret is rape
Like I understand that if you were manipulated or forced into it then its rape, but if you were 100% "yes yes lets go fuck" all throughout the time you were having sex, its not fucking rape

Bless,
There is a difference between Legit rape and someone who consented to sex, but didnt have the most amazing time and for their egos had to class it as rape.

Oddly enough, I'm yet to hear that from some, y'know, actual feminist. The only people I hear going on about this are the anti-feminist crowd. Then again, I might've just been living under some rock this entire time.

if the person was manipulated, which happens in abusive relationships, thats considered rape even though they technically consented ://

Yo, I understand how idiotic some of the modern feminism is (at least third wave feminism that is intent on being TERFS/SWEFS/SWERFS), but please don't compare awful feminism to Nazism. As an anti-feminist, pro-egalitarian myself, I beg of you - stop invoking the Nazism rhetoric to communicate yourself. Please. By doing that, you're trivializing every single person affected by the holocaust and Hitler. I can't respect people who do that, sorry.

It still likens Nazism to be even remotely comparable to feminism, and albeit the exclusions that feminism currently faces, it is nowhere near allowing it to be likened to Nazism or the ideals related to it. It is -- unfortunately -- a patriarchal construct, designed to make feminism as seen extreme, threatening to the status-quo, et cetera.

I hate TERFs/SWEFs as well -- Nonetheless, it might just be an uneasy term to use. First Amendment, though, so IDK.

I am not interested to what you think, really, so please do not bother me with your ideas because I could not care less about you, and about what you think.
As a side note: I find really imbecillic your words "By doing that, you're trivializing every single person affected by the holocaust and Hitler." These words would be perfect during an election campaign, said by some dumb politician talking to inept voters.
Finally, the fact that you do not respect me is totally irrelevant: you are Miss None in my life.

I've heard of women who have had consensual sex with men and then they took him to court and claimed that he raped them. The worst part is that they usually get away with it and the man gets sent to jail, it's disgusting.

Yeah, wasn't it some thing that if two people had consensual sex but the guy had like, lied about having a good job or being rich or some stupid shit, it could qualify as them being a rapist?

I agree. However, you forgot a tiny detail about the "Can we have sex?" "Yes." thing. Even your consent doesn't entitle the other party to your body. You can still say no anytime despite saying yes at some point (because you don't like the rough way they're touching you, because they turn out to be unkempt or simply butt ugly underneath their clothes, or because you simply changed your mind, which you are allowed to do, period). If the other continues anyway, and then goes "BUT THEY SAID YES!"... well, sorry, but then it counts as rape. That's how I see it.

I think they mean when people have sex, and they WANTED it at the moment, but regretting it a day later is NOT rape.

If they say no in the middle, THEN it is ok to say it's rape.

''I regret having sex, I've been raped!'' Mentally ruins the accused lives.

They have days or years of their lives taken away, they get fired and will struggle to get one because they were ''convicted'', it ruins families and ruins friendships. The false accusers get no punishment, the accused don't get compensation or even a measly ''Sorry''.

''When he got out got out, people aren't saying 'Oh, he's out because he's innocent', they say 'Oh. He's out.'''

What?  How is having sex with a drunk person not rape?  They can't consent.

I'm rather conflicted about this, because if all parties involved are drunk and unable to consent, then there is no culprit because neither actually said "No."

If they're all drunk, then I would agree it probably isn't rape. And they should both be responsible for what comes after...

Of course, but both parties consenting to sex while drunk, ESPECIALLY if they're BOTH drunk, should not come out as "the guy raped her while she was drunk"

Yes, in a situation where they're both drunk and say yes then no one should be accused of rape.

Then it's both their fault?  Idk.  I'd just think the mother should decide when she's sober whether or not to keep it or whatever and the dad should help because they both got drunk around each other so they should both pay... or maybe they should both just not be allowed to have a baby for a while whether they want one or not.  A responsible parent doesn't get drunk.  What if they're dangerous when drunk and could hurt the baby?

If they are not coma drunk, and more like "hahaha, let's fuck", it still counts as a decision.
